Trust Fund) Amendment Regulations 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations may be cited as the Carnarvon Banana
Industry (Compensation Trust Fund) Amendment Regulations
1998.

2.     Regulation 19C amended

Regulation 19C of the Carnarvon Banana Industry
(Compensation Trust Fund) Regulations 1962* is amended by
deleting "$2.60" and inserting instead —

" $4.00 ".
