1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of the Appellate Jurisdiction of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) (Schonell J) which dismissed the applicant's application in an appeal and dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) (Judge Obradovic). The application does not raise any question of general principle and has insufficient prospects of success.

2. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
