An Ordinance to amend the Careless Use of Fire Ordinance 1936

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Careless Use of Fire	(Amendment)
Ordinance	1982 .1

Bush Fire Council

2. Section 5A of the Careless Use of Fire Ordinance 19362 is amended by

adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:

"(4) The Bush Fire Council is a prescribed authority for the purposes of

the Remuneration Ordinance 1976.".
