AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Careless Use of Fire Ordinance

^ 1936-1943.

T l K it ordained by tlie Administrator of the Government of XJ the Commonwealth of Australia, with tlie advice of the Federa l Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred, by the Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909-1938 and the

Seat of Government (A(hninislnilion) Act 1910-1940, as follows:—

1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Careless L'sc of short title

Fire Ordinance 1944.* ' »»<lci(ali*>»-

(2.) The Careless Use of Fire Ordinance 1936-194:5, as amended

by lliis Ordinance, may be cited as the Careless list of Fire

Ordinance	1 936-1944.
1936-1943 is amended by omitting from sub-section (1.) the words ofofflecrs-	2. Section five ~si of the Careless Use of Fire- Ordinance Appointment

" a Deputy F i re Cont ro l le r" and inserting in their stead the

words "one or more Deputy Fire Control lers" .
