Cardaci v Filippo Primo Cardaci as executor and trustee of Marco Antonio Cardaci [No 3]

The plaintiff, Mae Cardaci, brought proceedings against the First Defendant, Filippo Primo Cardaci as executor and trustee of Marco Antonio Cardaci, and the Second, Third and Fourth Defendants, which were related companies. The court reported that the Second Defendant should pay the plaintiff $2,099,239.44, and the Third and Fourth Defendants should pay the plaintiff $2,541,792.30, together with interest. The parties have liberty to apply to the Court for orders consequent upon the publishing of this report.
