Carbon Farming Initiative Amendment Commencement Proclamation 2014

I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Carbon Farming Initiative Amendment Act 2014, fix 13 December 2014 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
