1              Name of instrument

This instrument is the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) – Landfill Legacy Emissions Avoidance Project Specification 2011.

2              Commencement

This instrument commences at the same time as section 3 of the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011.

3              Landfill legacy date

The day specified for the definition of ‘landfill legacy emissions avoidance project’ in section 5 of the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011 is 1 July 2012.
