Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds

Amendment Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds
Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b)	the rest of the regulations — when the Public Health
(Consequential Provisions) Act 2016 section 5 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Caravan Parks and Camping
Grounds Regulations 1997.

4.             Schedule 7 amended

In Schedule 7 clause 42(2) delete “Executive Director, Public

Health (within the meaning of the Health Act 1911),” and insert:

Chief Health Officer (within the meaning of the Public Health Act
2016 section 4(1)),
