Caravan Parks Act Repeal Act 2000

An Act to repeal the Caravan Parks Act

The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory enacts as follows:

1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Caravan Parks Act Repeal Act 2000.

2Commencement and expiration
  • (1)

    This Act comes into operation on the date fixed by the Administrator by notice in the Gazette.

  • (2)

    This Act expires on the day immediately after the day on which it comes into operation.

3Repeal

The Ordinances and Acts specified in the Schedule are repealed.
