These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Motor Vehicle Dealers Amendment Act 2002 comes into

operation.

Car Market Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Car Market Amendment
Regulations 2002.

2.            Commencement

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Car Market
Regulations 1981*.

4.            Regulation 9 amended

Regulation 9 is amended by deleting "$200" and inserting instead —

" $2 000 ".
