CAR MARKET GMENDlMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.      These re lations may be cited as the Car Market Amendment

Regulations 19 k 5.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 January 1996.

Principal regulations

3.     In these regulations the Car Market Regulations 198P are referred to as

the principal regulations.

Regulation 10 repealed

4.      Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is repealed.
