Act N o . 178, 1980 .

An Act to amend the Schedule to the Capital Debt Charges Act, 1957, as a consequence of the enactment of the Grain Handling (Amendment) Act, 1980. [Assented to, 17th December, 1980.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

This Act may be cited as the "Capital Debt Charges (Grain

Handling) Amendment Act, 1980".

(1) This section and section 1 shall commence on the date

of assent to this Act.

(2) Except as provided in subsection ( 1 ) , this Act shall commence on the day appointed and notified under section 2 (2) of the Grain Handling (Amendment) Act, 1980.

3. The Capital Debt Charges Act, 1957, is amended—

(a)

by omitting from the second column of the Schedule the words "The Grain Elevators Board of New South Wales." and by inserting instead the words "Grain Handling Authority of New South Wales.";

(b)

by omitting from the third column of the Schedule the words "Grain Elevators Act, 1954, as amended." and by inserting instead the words "Grain Handling Act, 1954.".
