1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 210.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 1586–1598, 1600–1602, 1604, 1606, 1608–1612 and 1618 Canterbury Road, Punchbowl (being Lot 1, DP 586116, Lots 1 and 2, DP 124895, Lots 1 and 2, DP 124894, Lot 10, DP 874429 and Lot 100, DP 826639), as shown edged dark red and coloured light blue on the map marked “Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 210” deposited in the office of Canterbury City Council.

4      Amendment of Canterbury Planning Scheme Ordinance
