1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 207.
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Aim of Plan
This Plan aims to amend the Canterbury Planning Scheme Ordinance and Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 148—Campsie Precinct to reclassify the land to which this Plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.
