No 148—Campsie Precinct (Amendment No 8)

1 Name of plan

This plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 148—Campsie

Precinct (Amendment No 8).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies to the Residential “A” Zone under Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 148—Campsie Precinct.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the City of Canterbury, being:

(a)

an unformed laneway known as Bellombi Lane, Campsie, shown as road in DP 2785 and situated adjacent to the eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 2785, and

(b)

land known as No 2 Bellombi Street, Campsie, being Lot 1, DP 2785,

as shown coloured light scarlet on the map marked “Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 148—Campsie Precinct (Amendment No 8)” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Canterbury.

4 Amendment of Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 148—Campsie Precinct

Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 148—Campsie Precinct is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 the following words:
