1     Name of plan

This plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 138—

Canterbury Precinct (Amendment No 6).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which it applies to the Residential “C” Zone to enable the land to be redeveloped for residential purposes.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land known as 20 Close Street, Canterbury, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Canterbury Local Environmental Plan No 138—Canterbury Precinct (Amendment No 6)”.
