Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 7).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to land to which Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 applies that is in the following zones:
| (a) | Zone B1 Neighbourhood Centre, |
| (b) | Zone B2 Local Centre, |
| (c) | Zone B5 Business Development. |
4 Amendment of Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012
Clause 6.7 Mixed use development in business zones
Insert after clause 6.7 (2):
| (3) | Development consent must not be granted to development under subclause (2) for mixed use development incorporating residential accommodation and a medical centre unless the consent authority is satisfied that the ground level of the building will not be used for the purpose of residential accommodation. |
| Note. This provision does not affect the grant of development consent to development under clause 1 of Schedule 1. |
