1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 20).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Croydon Park—

(a)	15 Brighton Avenue, Lot C, DP 440959,
(b)	17 Brighton Avenue, Lot 2A, Section 2, DP 3010 and Lot B, DP 333556,
(c)	19 Brighton Avenue, Lot A, DP 333556,
(d)	21 Brighton Avenue, Lot 1, DP 123636,
(e)	23–25 Brighton Avenue, Lot 11, DP 862370,
(f)	27–33 Brighton Avenue, Lot 10, DP 1026819.

The maps adopted by Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
