1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 19).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Lakemba—

(a)	5–7 Croydon Street, being Lot B, DP 357959, Lot B, DP 365853, Lot 1, DP 974686 and Lot 2, DP 971844,
(b)	7A Croydon Street, being Lot A, DP 357959,
(c)	9 Croydon Street, being Lot A1, DP 372287.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
