This Plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 17).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land to which Canterbury Local Environmental

Plan 2012 applies—

(a)	89-91 Karne Street North, Narwee, being Lot 1, DP 815357,
(b)	93 Karne Street North, Narwee, being Lot 4, DP 29784,
(c)	93A Karne Street North, Narwee, being Lot 5, DP 29784,
(d)	95 Karne Street North, Narwee, being Lot 6, DP 29784.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
