The Greater Sydney Commission makes the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a) land in Zone B6 Enterprise Corridor and Zone RE1 Public Recreation under

Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012,

(b)	34 Allan Avenue, Belmore (Lot B, DP 355867),
(c)	2 Mackinder Street, Campsie (SP 90544),
(d)	4 Mackinder Street, Campsie (SP 90694),
(e)	3 Sunbeam Street, Campsie (SP 89762),

(g)	260A, 260 and 262 Canterbury Road, Canterbury (Lots 1 and 2, DP 1137357 and part of Lot 7018, DP 93382),

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
