The Greater Sydney Commission makes the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 15 Close Street, Canterbury, being part of Lot 1,

DP 818683.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

[1]      Clause 6.10

Insert after clause 6.9:

6.10 Land at 15 Close Street, Canterbury

(1)

This clause applies to the land identified as “D” on the Key Sites Map.

(2)

Despite any other provision of this Plan, development consent may be granted to development for the purpose of a restaurant or cafe on the land to which this clause applies if:

(a)	the development is part of a mixed use development, and
(b)	the floor area of the restaurant or cafe does not exceed 150 square metres.
