REGULATIONS UNDER THE CANNED FRUITS EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1926-1953.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Canned Fruits Export Control Act 1926-1953.

Repeal of the Canned Fruits Export Control (Staff) Regulations and the Canned Fruits Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.

Repeal of Canned Fruits Export Control (Staff) Regulations.

1. The Canned Fruits Export Control (Staff) Regulations (comprising Statutory Rules 1948, No. 64 ; Statutory Rules 1949, Nos. 119 and 120 ; Statutory Rules 1950, Nos. 84 and 89 ; and Statutory Rules 1953, No. 49) are repealed.

Repeal of Canned Fruits Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.

2. The Canned Fruits Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations (comprising Statutory Rules 1927, No. 15 ; Statutory Rules 1936, No. 54 ; Statutory Rules 1938, No. 67 ; Statutory Rules 1951, No. 94 ; Statutory Rules 1952, No. 57 ; and Statutory Rules 1953, No. 31) are repealed.
