REGULATION UNDER THE CANNED FRUITS EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1926-1933.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Canned Fruits Export Control Act 1926-1933.

Amendment of Canned Fruits Export Control (Staff)

Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1932, No. 57, as amended to this date.)

1.—(1.) Regulation 13 of the Canned Fruits Export Control (Staff) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following proviso.—

“Provided that when the Secretary is engaged on any business of the Board outside Australia, he shall be paid—

(a) whilst on land, an allowance at the rate of Two pounds fifteen shillings per day payable in the currency of the country in which, he incurs travelling expenses; and

(b) whilst at sea, an allowance at the rate of Fifteen shillings per day.”

(2.) This regulation shall be deemed to have commenced on the 1st day of May, 1933.
