REGULATION UNDER THE CANNED FRUITS EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1926-1935.*

I,THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Canned Fruits Export Control Act 1926-1935.

Amendment of the Canned Fruits Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.

After regulation 2 of the Canned Fruits Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

Allowance to Chairman for entertainment expenses.

“2a. The Chairman shall be paid an allowance of Twenty pounds per annum for entertainment expenses.”.
