I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commowealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Canberra Theatre Trust Ordinance 1965

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Canberra Theatre Trust

(Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1983}

Commencement

2. This Ordinance shall come into operation on such date as is fixed by the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government by notice in the Gazette.

Audit Act 1901 in its application to the Trust,".

Principal Ordinance

3. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Canberra Theatre

Trust Ordinance 1965}

Repeal of section 24

4. Section 24 of the Principal Ordinance is repealed.

Application of moneys

5. Section 26 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting "Subject
to the next succeeding section," and substituting "Subject to section 63E of the

Canberra Theatre Trust (Amendment) (No. 2) No. 49,1983 169

Repeal of sections 27, 28 and 29

6. Sections 27, 28 and 29 of the Principal Ordinance are repealed.

Repeal of sections 31 and 32

7. Sections 31 and 32 of the Principal Ordinance are repealed.
