Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Building and Services Ordinance 1924.

Interference with drains, &c , connected with sewerage system

1. Regulation 15 of the Canberra Sewerage and Water Supply Regulations

is amended

(a)	by omitting from sub-regulation (3) "$45" and "$4" and substituting "$50" and "$4.50", respectively;
(b)	by omitting from sub-regulation (4) "$30" and substituting "$33";

(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) "$125"andsubstituting"$135";

(d)	by omitting from paragraph (8) (c) "$150" and substituting "$400"; and
(e)	by omitting from paragraph (9) (c) "$150" and substituting "$400".

Conditions to be complied with before approval

2. Regulation 18 of the Canberra Sewerage and Water Supply Regulations

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (a) "$45" and substituting "$50";
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (b) "$45" and "$5" and substituting "$50" and "$5.50", respectively;
(c)	by omitting from paragraph (c) "$15" and substituting "$16.50"; and
(d)	by omitting from paragraph (d) "$2" and substituting "$2.20".

is amended —

(a)	by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "$20" and "$4" and substituting "$22" and "$4.50", respectively; and
(b)	by omitting from sub-regulation (3) "$6" and substituting "$6.50".

3. Regulation 20 of the Canberra Sewerage and Water Supply Regulations

is amended—

Testing

4. Regulation 24 of the Canberra Sewerage and Water Supply Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (8) "$15" and substituting "$16.50".
