Regulations under the Canberra Retail Market Trust

Ordinance 1971.*

, hereby make the following Regulations under the Canberra Retail Market
I Trust Ordinance 1971.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Canber ra Retail Market Trust

Regulations.

2.—(1.) The Chai rman of the Trust shall be pa id—

(a)

in respect of his attendance on a day at a meeting of the Trust the durat ion of which on that day is not less than three hours—a fee of For ty dollars; and

(b)

in respect of his attendance on a day at a meeting of the Trust the duration of which is less than three hours—a fee of Twenty-five dollars.

(2 .) A trustee other than the Chai rman shall be paid—

(a)

in respect of his attendance on a day at a meeting of the Trust the duration of which on that day is not less than three hours—a fee of Thirty-five dollars; and

(b)

in respect of his attendance on a day at a meeting of the Trust the duration of which on that day is less than three hour s—a fee of Twenty dollars.

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

3 . The Chai rman of the Trust, and each trustee, shall, while travelling in connexion with the business of the Trust, be paid an allowance at the rate of twenty-one dollars for each day on which he is necessarily absent overnight from his place of residence.
