Regulations under the Canberra Hospital Ordinance 1938-1971.*

, make the following Regulations under the Canberra Hospital Ordinance

C A N B E R R A HOSPITAL (REMUNERATION OF BOARD) R E G U L A T I O N S

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Canberra Hospital (Remuneration

of Board) Regulations.

2. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the

ninth day of December, 1971.

3 . 1 he Chairman of the Board is entitled to receive, for each day on which

he attends a meeting or meetings of the Board, a fee of Forty dollars.

4.—(1.) A member of the Board (other than the Chairman) is, subject to the next succeeding sub-regulation, entitled to receive, for each day on which he attends a meeting or meetings of the Board, a fee of Thirty-five dollars.

(2.) A member of the Board who presides at a meeting of the Board during
the absence of the Chairman of the Board is entitled to receive payment of fees

in accordance with the last preceding regulation for a day on which he so presides.
