1. CANBERRA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL ORDINANCE—

   REGULATIONS 1963. No. 1.*

charges for \. Regulation 6 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regula- tions is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.) the words " Two pounds four shillings " and inserting in their stead the words " Two pounds sixteen shillings ".

charges axe lation 6 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations as in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations continue to apply—

(a) in the case of a person admitted as an in-patient in an obstetric ward—up to and including the thirtieth day of September, 1963; and

{b) in any other case—up to and including the thirty-first day of

January, 1963.

(2.) The rates of charges prescribed by sub-regulation (1.) of regulation 6 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations as amended by these Regulations apply—

(a) in the case of a person admitted as an in-patient in an obstetric

ward—on and after the first day of October, 1963; and

(b) in any other case—on and after the first day of February, 1963.
