CANBERRA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL ORDINANCE

CANBERRA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL (CHARGES) REGULATIONS*

REGULATIONS 1964, No. 5f

1. Regulation 7 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges)

Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

Charges for " 7. The charge for a radiological service, being a service specified in
radiological
services. the column 2 of the Fourth Schedule to these Regulations, is the
amount specified in column 3 of that Schedule opposite to that service.".
Fourth 2. The Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations are
Schedule. amended by adding at the end thereof the following Schedule:—

REGULATIONS 1965, No. 2*

1. After regulation 9 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges)

Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

" 9 A . — ( 1 . ) The charge for a course of treatment provided at the Charges for

rehabilitation unit at the Hospital for an in-patient who is a person to whom services,
regulation 11 of these Regulations applies or for an out-patient is Ten
shillings for the first visit and Five shillings for each subsequent visit during

that course of treatment.

"(2.) The charge for a meal supplied by the Board to an out-patient

attending a course of treatment at the rehabilitation unit is Five shillings.".

2. Regulation 11 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regu- charges where patient

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the word "Medica l" and " ™ ^ a ^ ° , "

inserting in its stead the word "Genera l" ; and

(b)

by inserting in paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (2.) after the words " a course of treatment specified i n " the words " regulation 9A or ".
