in-patients. 2. Regulation 6 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regu- lations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—
"(1.) Subject to regulation 11 of these Regulations, the charge for treatment provided by the Board for an in-patient is at the rate of—

(a) Three pounds eight shillings per day in respect of an in-patient

in a general ward; and

(b) Five pounds sixteen shillings per day in respect of an in-patient

in a private ward.".
