CANBERRA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL ORDINANCE

CANBERRA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL (CHARGES) REGULATIONS*

REGULATIONS 1967, No. 7t

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of August,

1967.

2. Regulation 6 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations

is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.) the words " Three pounds eight shillings" and inserting in their stead the words " Eight dollars twenty cents "; and

(6) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1.) the words " Five pounds sixteen shillings" and inserting in their stead the words " Fourteen dollars ninety cents ".

3. Regulation 11 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regula­

tions is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) of sub- regulation (2.) the words " Four pounds" and inserting in their stead the words " Eleven dollars seventy cents "; and

(A) by omitting from sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of sub-
regulation (2.) the words "Five pounds sixteen shillings" and

inserting in their stead the words " Fourteen dollars ninety cents ".

4. The Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations are amended

as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

5. The rates of charges prescribed by sub-regulation (1.) of regulation 6 and sub-regulation (2.) of regulation 11 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations as amended by these Regulations apply to treatment provided for an in-patient on and after the first day of August, 1967.
