Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations (ACT)

REGULATIONS 1968, No. 6*

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of November,

1968.

2. Regulation 7 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations

s repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

" 7. The charge for a radiological service, being a radiological service specified n Part 8 of the Schedule to the National Health Act 1953-1967 (including a •eport on that service), provided at the hospital is an amount equal to two and :>ne-half times the amount specific" in the third column of that Schedule opposite :o that radiological service.".

3. The Fourth Schedule to the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges)

Regulations is repealed.
