Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations (ACT)

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of January,

1969.

2. Regulation 6 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations

is amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.) the words " Eight dollars twenty cents " and inserting in their stead the words " Ten dollars forty cents "; and
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1.) the words " Fourteen dollars ninety cents " and inserting in their stead the words " Sixteen dollars forty cents ".

3. Regulation 11 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations

is amended—

(a)	by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) of sub-regula­ tion (2.) the words "Eleven dollars seventy cents" and inserting in their stead the words " Eighteen dollars "; and
(b)	by omitting from sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of sub-regula­ tion (2.) the words "Fourteen dollars ninety cents" and inserting in their stead the words " Twenty-two dollars ".

4. The rates of charges prescribed by sub-regulation (1.) of regulation 6 and sub-regulation (2.) of regulation 11 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations as amended by these Regulations apply to treatment pro­ vided for an in-patient on and after the first day of January, 1969.
