Canberra College of Advanced Education (Liability to Taxation) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Canberra College of Advanced Education Act 1967:

Regulation 2 of the Canberra College of Advanced Education (Liability to Taxation) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Liability to pay-roll tax

"2. Subsection 29a (1) of the Canberra College of Advanced Education Act 1967 does not apply in relation to taxation under any of the following laws as amended and in force from time to time:

(a) the Pay-roll Tax (Territories) Assessment Act 1971;

(b) the Payroll Tax Ordinance 1987 of the Australian Capital Territory.".
