CANBERRA BUILDING REGULATIONS*

REGULATIONS 1967, No. l i t

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the date on which the

Surveyors Ordinance 1967 comes into operation.*

2. Regulation 69B of the Canberra Building Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.) the words "surveyor licensed under the Real Property Ordinance 1925-1963 " and inserting in their stead the words "surveyor registered under the Surveyors Ordinance 1967 ".
