BUILDING ORDINANCE

CANBERRA BUILDING REGULATIONS*

REGULATIONS 1970 No. 6

1. Regulation 38 of the Canberra Building Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the word "section" and inserting in its stead the word " regulation ".

2. Regulation 47 of the Canberra Building Regulations is repealed.
