2 Canals (Solander Waters Estate Stage P1—Final Approval) No. 314, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Canals (Solander Waters Estate Stage P1—Final Approval) Order 1992 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this order in council— “applicant” means Vercorp Pty Ltd; “council” means Caboolture Shire Council; “project site” means— (a) the part of the land comprised in Lots 1, 4 and 5 on Plan No. 113146; and (b) the part of Avon Avenue bounded by Lots 4 and 5 on Plan No. 113146; in the county of Canning parish of Woorim that is Stage P1 of Solander Waters Estate. ˙ Final approval (s.7(3) of the Act) 3. Subject to the conditions specified in section 4, the applicant is given final approval to construct canals on the project site in accordance with the plans, set out in the Schedule, that are kept at the department’s head office. ˙ Conditions of final approval 4.(1) The applicant must complete the following works in relation to the project site— (a) the construction of stormwater drainage, including all inlet and outlet structures; (b) the filling of all allotments to levels shown on the plans, set out in the Schedule, with finished grades; (c) the prevention of surface erosion of the allotments by grassing or any other method approved by the Director-General;

3 Canals (Solander Waters Estate Stage P1—Final Approval) No. 314, 1992 (d) the construction of all— (i) roadworks; and (ii) bridgeworks; and (iii) kerb and channelling. (2) Before the applicant applies for the Director-General’s certificate under section 8(1) of the Act, the applicant must— (a) complete the works mentioned in subsection (1); or (b) if the applicant has not completed the works mentioned in subsection (1)(d)—give to the council a bond in an amount determined by the council. (3) After the applicant has complied with subsection (2), the applicant must— (a) prepare and give to the council “as constructed” drawings of the completed works for the council to endorse its approval of the drawings as “as constructed” drawings; and (b) give— (i) the endorsed drawings; and (ii) if subsection (2)(b) applies—proof that the bond has been given to the council; to the Director-General with the application for the Director- General’s certificate under section 8(1) of the Act.
