I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land on the Rhodes Peninsula within the Station

Precinct (also known as Precinct D):

(a)	11–21 Marquet Street (Lot 1, SP 37320 and Lots 3 and 4, SP 52278) and 23 Marquet Street (Lot 1345, DP 558798),
(b)	6–10 Walker Street (Lot 21, DP 624240), 12 and 14 Walker Street (Lots 1 and 2, DP 15734) and 34 Walker Street (Lot 101, DP 624798).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
