1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 11, DP 1135519, 97–99 Queens Road, Five Dock.

4      Amendment of Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit clause 14A. Insert instead:

14A	Use of certain land at 95 and 97–99 Queens Road, Five Dock
(1) This clause applies to land at 95 and 97–99 Queens Road, Five Dock, being Lot 92, DP 1047100 and Lot 11, DP 1135519. (2) Development for the purpose of a child care centre is permitted with development consent.
