This Plan is Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 16).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 8 Bevin Avenue, Five Dock, being Lot 3, DP 527649.

4      Amendment of Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 12:

12A	Use of land at 8 Bevin Avenue, Five Dock
(1) This clause applies to land at 8 Bevin Avenue, Five Dock, being Lot 3, DP 527649. (2) Development for the purpose of a car park associated with the adjacent Canada Bay Club is permitted with development consent.
