The Greater Sydney Commission makes the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Five Dock:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 302709, being 6 Barnstaple Road,
(b)	Lot 2, DP 302709, being 8 Barnstaple Road,
(c)	Lot 2, DP 1024321, being 122 Great North Road,
(d)	Lot 4, DP 311193, being 2 Second Avenue,
(e)	Lot 3, DP 311193, being 37 Waterview Street,
(f)	Lot 11, DP 869673, being 39 Waterview Street,
(g)	Lot 1, DP 956496, being 41 Waterview Street,
(h)	Lot B, DP 401351, being 43 Waterview Street,

(i)      Lot A, DP 401351, being 43A Waterview Street,

(j) SP 41835, being 45–47 Waterview Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Canada Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
