Boggabilla Eailway *Aet, 1923."

2 . The carrying out of the work described in the Schedule to this Act is hereby sanctioned.

3 . The plan of the said work is the plan marked " Schedule Plan —N.S.W. Eailways — Camurra to Bog­ gabilla," signed by the Railway Commissioners for New South Wales and countersigned by the Chief Engineer for Railway and Tramway Construction, and deposited in the public office of the said Railway Commissioners.

6. Notwithstanding the provisions of section ninety-
one of the Public Works Act, 1912, the Constructing
Authority shall not be compelled, nor shall it be the

4. The cost of carrying out the said work (exclusive of land resumptions) is estimated at four hundred and one thousand eight hundred and fifteen pounds, and such estimated cost shall not, under any circumstances, be exceeded by more than ten per centum.

5. The said line of railway may be constructed on or along or by the side of any road or highway.

SCHEDCLE.

Tins railway commences sit 120 miles from Sydney and a short distance north of Ciimurra Station, on the Moree to Mungindi line, and proceeds easterly on the northern side of Great Ana Branch of the Gwydir lliver and passes ahont 1 miles north-westerly from the village of Paramcllowa, where it takes si north-easterly direction, crosses Marshall's Ponds. Wsdlon, Gil Gil, and Cioppa Creeks, thence it hears northerly and crosses Yallsiroi, Tackinbri, Mungle, and Alobbindrv Greeks, where the line takes si slightly west of north direction, crosses Whalan Creek and terminates on the southern side of Maeintyro River at lioggabilla, being si totsd distance of TO miles, and subject to such deviations and modifications as may be considered desirable by the Constructing Authority.
