1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Campbelltown (Urban Area) Local Environmental Plan

2002 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land at Ingleburn in Zone 10 (b), as shown coloured light blue, lettered “10 (b)” and hatched on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Campbelltown (Urban Area) Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment No 8)” deposited in the office of Campbelltown City Council.
