1      Name of plan

This plan is Campbelltown (Urban Area) Local Environmental Plan

2002 (Amendment No 18).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Campbelltown (Urban Area) Local Environmental Plan 2002 to rezone certain land at Campbelltown from Zone 5 (a)—Special Uses A Zone to Zone 4 (b)—Industry B Zone.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 21, DP 772200, 5 Rose Street, Campbelltown, as shown edged heavy red and distinctively coloured on the map marked “Campbelltown (Urban Area) Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment No 18)” deposited in the office of Campbelltown City Council.
