Campbelltown Reservoir Acts Repeal Act of 1897 (NSW)
Act No. 33, 1897.
An Act to repeal the Acts eighteenth Victoria number twenty-three and thirty-ninth Victoria number eleven, and to vest certain lands and chattels in Her Majesty. [Qth December, 1897.]
BE it enacted by tlic Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and and by the authority of the same, as follows :—•
1. The Acts eighteenth Victoria number twenty-three and thirty-ninth Victoria number eleven are hereby repealed, but the said repeal shall not affect any conviction had or proceeding taken before the passing of this Act.
2. All the right, title, interest, and property oP the Commis- sioners for the time being in the said Acts mentioned to or in any lands or chattels vested in the said Commissioners by or under the authority of the said xlcts, or either of them, arc hereby vested in IIcr Majesty absolutely, free from all trusts, liabilities, charges, and conditions whatever; and notwithstanding such Acts, or any setting apart or dedication, the lands within the town of Camphclltown hereinafter described in Schedules A and E shall, together with such parts of Stewart and Dumercsquc streets as are included in the descrip- tions in such Schedules be deemed to be, and may lie dealt with as " Crown Lands " within the meaning of the Crown Lands Acts at present in force or any Acts which may amend the same, and any such setting apart or dedication shall be deemed by this Act to have been revoked.
3. This Act may be cited as the " Camphclltown Reservoir Acts llepeal Act of 1897."

SCHEDULE A.
Campbelltown Water Keservoir, containing four acres one rood and thirty-nine perches : Commencing on the south-west side of Dumoresque-street, at the north-cast corner of allotment number fifty-six, purchased by E. M'Sulla; and bounded on the north-cast by that street bearing cast forty-four degrees thirty-five minutes south nine chains; on the south-cast by a line bearing south forty-four degrees fifteen minutes west four hundred and seventy-three links to Allman-strcet ; on the south-west by that street ten chains to allotment number fifty-seven, purchased by Ezekiel Wells ; on the north-west by that allotment bearing north forty-four degrees fifteen minutes east two hundred and thirty-seven links to allotment number fifty-six ; again on the north- east by that allotment bearing east forty-four degrees thirty-five minutes south one chain to its south-eastern corner; again on the north-west by that allotment bearing north forty-four degrees fifteen minutes east two hundred and thirty-six links, to the point of commencement.
SCHEDULE B.
County of Cumberland, parish of St. Peter, town of Campbelltown, eleven acres three roods twenty perches : Commencing at the intersection of the north-western side of George-street with the south-western side of Lithgow-street; and bounded thence on the south-east by the north-western side of Ccorgc-strect bearing south forty-four degrees fifteen minutes west ten chains sixty-one links to the north-eastern side of Allman-street; on part of the south-west by that street bearing north forty-five degrees forty-five minutes west nine chains to the south corner of the land dedicated first October, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-three, for a reservoir ; on the north- west by the south-eastern boundary of that land bearing north forty-four degrees fifteen minutes east four chains seventy-three links ; on the remainder of the south-west by part of the north-eastern boundary of that land bearing north forty-five degrees forty- fivc minutes west four chains to the south-eastern side of Stewart-street; on the remainder of the north-west by that street bearing north forty-four degrees fifteen minutes cast five chains eighty-eight links to the south-western side of Lithgow-street before-mentioned ; and on the north-cast by that street bearing south forty-five degrees forty-five minutes east thirteen chains, to the point of commencement.
