1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Minto:

(a)	221 Eagleview Road, being Lot 4, DP 539244,
(b)	223 and 225 Eagleview Road, being Lots 1 and 2, DP 719990,
(c)	227–229 Eagleview Road, being Lot 100, DP 706378,
(d)	25 and 27 Goodsell Street, being Lots 10 and 11, DP 719990.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
