The Greater Sydney Commission makes the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 applies and, in particular, to certain land at Leppington and Varroville in the vicinity of the adjusted boundary between the local government areas of Camden and the City of Campbelltown, including the following land that was partly within the Camden local government area:

(a)	Lot 5, DP 214954, 135 Raby Road, Varroville, and
(b)	Ingleburn Dam, Lot 1, DP 1086624 (previously described as Part Lot 1, DP 1086624), St Andrews Road, Varroville.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015

Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “Part Lot 1, DP 1086624” from the matter relating to item no I100 in Part 1.

Insert instead “Lot 1, DP 1086624”.
