1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 13).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Ingleburn:

(a)	300 Bensley Road, being Lot 47, DP 595243,
(b)	302, 304 and 306 Bensley Road, being Lots 1–3, DP 597774,
(c)	308 Bensley Road, being Lot 2, DP 550894,
(d)	9 Daimler Place, being Lot 25, DP 617465,
(e)	26 Mercedes Road, being Lot 41, DP 1021880,
(f)	28 Mercedes Road, being Lots 55-68, Section A2, DP 2189,
(g)	233 Oxford Road, being Lot 1, DP 261609,
(h)	Lot 4, DP 261609, Oxford Road.

The maps adopted by Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
